The first stage in all of our work begins with a client consultation. The purpose of this is for us to get to understand your requirements. This will include finding out what schedule you are working to, what budget you have in mind, what your desired specification is, whether the works will impact upon anyone else (i.e. school kids, customers, family members etc.). We will use all this information to come up with a quote for the work that we are sure you will be happy with. During the consultation period, we will also recommend the best approach in terms of materials, designs and techniques, going that extra mile for all our clients.
We plan all our work using a diligent process to make sure that there are little delays and inconveniences once we get onto site. The plan will involve working around your hours, preparing the necessary documentation for the job (risk assessments, project programmes, details of client exchanges etc.), get our team together so the right skills are matched with the job in question and finally organising the supply of materials and tools, so this doesn’t hold up the work.
